APB4067 Sr. Vice President National Sales
(MIDWEST) Branded food company is
expanding
their demographic coverage nationally and seeking an experienced
National Sales Manager to both coordinate and lead the National
sales team, background in
planning
and executing a National Sales Program is required. Position
reports to the President and CEO.
1.
Develop,
expand and maintain active list of customers that fit company
profile for national sales and marketing plan
2.
Lead
the National Sales team and broker coverage in a coordinated
strategy resulting in 100% coverage of the target list. Assume
responsibility for coordinating and integrating the broker
community into national sales plan resulting in a seamless
sales effort between internal sales team and the broker
sales team.
3.
Must demonstrate budgeting responsibilities and experience in
coordinating a National Sales Team sales budget on a quarterly
basis.
4.
Provide projected sales objectives from plans and lists, report
and give frequent presentations.
Perfect the sales presentation methods, accompany regional sales
managers on key customer presentation resulting in meeting
objectives for sales growth.
Qualifications:
10 years in sales and marketing specialty food products in the
food industry.
MBA
preferred. Sales and marketing focus
Extensive
travel up to 80%; relocation is not necessary, but will require
attendance at HQ at least the first three months. Salary:
negotiable
